The special features of JAAFIT PRO are:

• Total resistance: From 5 - 145 kg adjustable resistance, allowing even the most seasoned to get a hard workout at home.

• Anti-snap carabiner mechanism: Carabiner hooks with locking mechanism, which eliminates the risk of the band snapping out of the carabiner, designed specifically for JAAFIT PRO.
• Accessories in reinforced quality: Bar, handles, ankle straps and door anchor, of reinforced quality.

We are proud of our user-friendly design, which weighs under 3 kg. Our bar can be split into two sections. This makes it easy to transport and therefore easily fits into a bag or suitcase measuring over 53 cm in length.

Please note that although the set can fit into a carry-on suitcase, you should be aware of airline regulations: the bar is classified as dangerous goods and is not allowed as a carry-on item.

After extensive testing we can say with confidence that the risk of the JAAFIT PRO training set breaking is negligible as long as you follow our recommendations.

Our resistance bands are made of natural latex, an extremely flexible and durable material that retains its elasticity and shape over time.

Our recommendations for the safe use of JAAFIT PRO:

• Avoid stretching the bands more than four times their original length.
• Avoid using them on sharp or rough surfaces.
• In the extremely unlikely event that a training band breaks, it will in most cases naturally retract toward the ground. Therefore we recommend training with shoes on. If the above recommendations are followed, the risk of injury is close to 0, even in the unlikely event that a band breaks.

Of course! As a member of JAAFIT+ you get thorough guidance on all exercises. You also have the option to ask questions about the exercises or anything else to our trainers and the other members via our chat forum in the app.

No, the door anchor is designed with soft and gentle materials that protect the door surface from scratches and scuffs. As long as the door is sturdy and properly closed, you will not experience it becoming warped or damaged.

Our door anchor can in principle be used on either side of the door, but we recommend that you mount it on the opposite side from where the door opens (that is, the side where the door presses against the frame when closed), or lock the door during use. This ensures the best possible stability and reduces the risk of accidents from the door opening.
